Responsibilities - Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel - Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques - Support individuals with dementia care needs and provide a safe environment - Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote social interaction - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary - Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
