Requirements:
Area of Responsibilities Assist in planning, developing, and maintaining all aspects of construction for Tanner Health System and TMG.
Discusses, mediates, and resolves construction issues.
Ensures proper coordination and facilitation of Facilities program with other departments.
Interprets and ensures compliance with applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
Perform day to day duties as Project Superintendent for assigned Construction Projects.
Communicate issues and activities from a leaders perspective.
Monitor schedules for assigned projects.
Promotes team work, empowers teams and individuals to meet their potential.
Provides positive feedback, provide constructive criticism, articulates expectations, and functions as a sounding board for team and individual ideas.
Request and collect project permits, maintain project daily log, document job safety, education, and supports quality improvement efforts.
Compliance Statement Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program.
Is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the Hotline.
