Seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join team in west Atlanta, GA.
All current physicians are Board Certified EM Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2 night shifts) Group has 4 Nocturnist (does not need any more) Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group Work out of 2 ERs Current Volume in location 65,000/year and 45,000/year Both ED s are level II Trauma facilities 100% Democratic group Full partnership after year 2 Group also employs NP s/PA s A vibrant and growing city with a planned growth strategy.
It is located 45 minutes west of Atlanta, and two hours east of Birmingham, Alabama.
The community has a population of approximately 30,000 with a medical service population of approximately 400,000 people.
Local amenities include the University of West Georgia, great public and private schools, numerous large employers, exceptional recreation opportunities (such as the 18-mile GreenBelt, golf courses, and parks), area attractions, Six Flags over Georgia, Stone Mountain, The Atlanta Aquarium, etc.
