- Oversee the production process and ensure products are manufactured according to specifications - Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements - Implement and maintain quality systems, including data collection and analysis - Train and mentor production operators on quality control procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues or concerns - Monitor production output to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Maintain documentation of quality control activities and provide reports as needed Requirements:
