Position Overview:
The Mid-Level Accountant will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company's financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of a small business.
Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
Record and categorize financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Utilize QuickBooks Online to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements MR2 for management review.
Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and collections.
MR3 Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads MR4 to develop and manage annual budgets.
Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis.
Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis related to telecommunications projects, assessing profitability and return on investment.
Provide insights into financial trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
