THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Based out of Carrolton GA, this individual will provide engineering support and guidance for selected Energy Manufacturing Plants. The position will be responsible for:
The application of cost reduction efforts
Capital project justifications
Plant efficiency determination
Plant layout analysis
Work measurements
Standard cost development/analysis.
In addition to the day-to-day activities, this person will manage and assist in projects as required by the Engineering Manager. This individual will work effectively to ensure that departmental OPS objectives are met and exceeded.

Carrollton is located in western Georgia in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. As of the 2010 census - the city had a population of 24,388.

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
2 to 6 years experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge and expertise of Industrial Engineering methods and concepts
Strong analytical and time management skills
Strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
BAMCS knowledge a plus
